Recording advised name was Heather, my account is ok and if interested in lowering the interest rate on credit card, press 1.  Pressed 1 and phone rang, woman answered. Informed her I must have lost card because I didn't know I had it. She hung up.

Recording advised name was Heather, my account is ok and if interested in lowering the interest rate on credit card, press 1.  Pressed 1 and phone rang continously until disconnected.  When call back, some recording about intended to reach businesses and if you have been called in error, press 1 to be removed from our list.  Does not identify who they are or what company they represent.
