Returned call operator said this is a none working number.

Same here, but I called back right after they called me.  Said they had a warrant for my arrest but wouldn't tell me why.  ???

Ignore.  Total scam.  Same old, same old, mostly likely a debt collector trying to scare you with phony legal terms.

said they had summons......mad when i said i didnt know who person was..he said so you made me say my spill........he said, i will call you every day now.........called  3x after from unknown no.

Not even a legit debt collector, as I have no debt, no credit cards ever, no negative legal record, and no internet profile--it's a scam, plain and simple, trying to extort personal information out of people most likely for the purposes of identity theft. Block the hell out of this number.
