A man identifying himself as Mariano Jorge, called me from an "UNKNOWN" phone #, stating he was from Bank of America and was working on my loan modification.  He states he only needed a utility bill for my record, and e-mailed me his EM address at Bank of America, and a fax number, which the number listed above.  No direct phone line to reach him.  I then became supsicious and googled this person, and it states he is VP of a company called LEAD, that specializes in home modifications.  I'm not sure if he has changed positions or if I have just given my personal information for someone to steal my identity.
