This #213-447-0099 keeps calling and i no longer answer because i got a call last week from this same area code, but different #'s and when i answered no one would say anything and i just hung up. Please make them stop, it is annoying and i dont know who it is and i have not signed up for anything for them to get my #.

Says it is the IRS filing suit against me  and it is my final notice. It's an automated message saying to call that number back. You call back and it just rings. Can it be stopped?
