Received threatening call from Department of Legal Affairs stating legal action had been started against me... Nice try. I rate this as a SCAM

Caller claimed to be chris wilcox and was threatening legal difficulties if i didn't call back would not assist my wife in determining if they had the right person. I called back and got the legal action has been started against me and i will only get the information to clear up what this is about when i am served the arrest warrant. claimed i owed taxes from 2009, plus penalties etc, my 2009 return showed they paid me....

says from us treasury want me call back about a student loan. nope. paid my loans off 30 years ago.
