Also got a call from this number. No voice message left.

Made up name that they claim to be calling for. Scam. Woman keeps stating only name that they want repeatedly. Told them to remove number.

Another scammer calling at dinner time.  Family member visiting for holidays picked up without looking at caller ID.  I told her never answer "Unknown Name" calls.  If they were legit their name would appear or would leave a message.

Two days in a row, right at dinner time, phone in the kitchen, grabbed handset with one hand while stirring.  Long pause, looked at caller ID "unknown name" same number as yesterday.  Hung up and told myself what an idiot for not looking at ID first.  Shouldn't have to screen calls when you are on do not call list, which has proved worthless.

Live person answered, claimed to offering some kind of "loan forgiveness"; had the name of someone vaguely related the number, but not the actual name of the person who picked up. Was reasonably pleasant when informed that it was a wrong number.
