This phone number called this morning claiming they are calling from IRS and asking for my personal information to identify my account, I said I dont feel comfortable giving you my info over the phone, will call IRS directly. Do not ever give your personal information over the phone, if IRS is trying to reach you they will mail you a letter.

Have gotten several calls from this number claiming to be the IRS..be aware the IRS doesnt call threatening lawsuits. I blocked the number.

It's the I.R.S. Scam with a new number. Good Lord! Is there anyone in the United States who has NOT heard about this one.....especially since they seem to be calling off the Do Not Call list. They never give up. Blocked number and also reporting it to White Pages dot com.
