I get calls from this number all the time. I got 4 calls from it just the other day and it goes to my voicemail. I don't speak Spanish and I don't have any kids, much less kids in school in the Los Angeles metro area. How can I stop these annoying calls?

Called around 7:30 pm on Friday. Caller ID says unknown name. I picked up and no answer. I am in Northern CA.
