This guy is a Russian spammer who has not done an honest day's work in his life. He sells these fake diplomas which are basically bad Xerox copies of non-existing colleges. He sells fake drugs. Fake luxury goods. His whole life is to steal credit cards and sell useless stuff.

I was sent a spam email with this number in it. The address looked spoofed, and the only identifying information was the phone number. He must be stupid if he thinks he'll catch anyone with that. At least he seems relatively easy to track down, if anyone's interested in doing that.
