I called the number back. Man said he was the IRS and if I gave him my name and Social he would pull my records.  I said no way, hung up and blocked number.  IRS will never call you!

Scam: Called left Message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call their department number 213-379-4072 immediately. Fact: IRS never calls you they send you a letter in the mail. Also it came up wireless caller

Total SCAM. Leave a recorded message saying they are the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against you but they are not DO NOT give them any of your information and do not call back. Go directly to the real IRS website and contact them directly if you have questions
