Process mediator harassment

Received a call from them yesterday.  They answer "Process Mediation" or "Pre-Trial Mediation".  Scam!!!

These people are scam artists. First off no credit collections is going to say "good luck in court" & hang up on you when your trying to explain this isn't you & it must be fraud. These people are so getto!!! Shame on them! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! B.S.!!!

Received call from "BENEFICIAL PROCESS MEDIATION" on Friday June 19, 2015. The representative I spoke with is rude and uneducated, and simply thinks he's fooling callers. Mediation or process servers do not call you regarding a case or to personally serve you.

Here are the phone numbers they called from: 573-203-6096 and 888-973-2946.

Best thing to do is NEVER give out personal info, hang up, and report the phone numbers and any info to the FTC and your state's attorney's office.
