Missed a call from this number. Called it back. Man answered IRS but his english was so bad I cudnt understand what he said. I don't believe it was really the IRS

Complete scam. They called a friend of mine so I called after she got off the phone with a fake name and number and was told the same thing. I recommend taking up as much of there time as possible. Have fun with it. I did
