Caller says it's the IRS warning me they are suing me.  Scam:  #1-they would have no reason to sue me; #2-they don't call people on the phone to warn them about being sued; #3-the IRS doesn't have my cell number anyways; and #4- the number they are calling from shows to be AT&T wireless/cellular.

Update-- They have called me four times today,in the last five hours, each time leaving the same IRS lawsuit voice mail.  So I finally called the number back to see why they are calling me.  He asked my name, and I told him, "You called me a few minutes ago, so you already have my name."  He said, "You are a whxre and a slxt."  He repeated it twice before I could hang up.  These are filthy roaches.

Scam said he was doing a IRS investigation.  It is bad we have to put up with junk like this.

Recd message on cell phone and they say it is from the irs and i am being sued. They called on 2 different # and left same message. It was a man's voice with accent. Had to listen several times.
