Got a call from this number at 12:03 am!  Says it originated in Portland Or but caller id showed this number.  I'm confused.

This number has been calling me almost every 2 to even 3 tmes a week. I do not know who the owner of this number is or what does he wants. Please, better Just leave me a message than keep calling me everyday; If I am not interested I won't call you back! And Stop Calling me!!!
