Computer voice on message delivered to not ignore the message and requesting call back before any action will be taken against me. Sounds typical for the IRS scammers. Blocked number

Called with a computer generated voice threatening me if I don't call back they will take legal action but no information as to what the heck it is about called me 4 times yesterday, 3 so far today.

This number called once yesterday and twice this morning saying threatening me if I dont call back action will be taken against me. I called back the person said they worked for IRS and they are investigating me. My husband helped me figure out it was IRS scammers.

I received the same call threatening action against me from the IRS. Why can,t these scammers be stopped? I feel so bad for elderly people who don't know how to deal with these creeps!
