SCAM!!! Called my cell phone and said they were a technician. Indian accent. He was giving me "steps" to follow on my computer. I pretended to follow his instructions (I was no where near a computer during this call! Lol) When I couldn't describe what was "on my screen" you could tell he was getting frustrated. He asked "WHAT ARE YOU SEEING ON YOUR SCREEN NOW?" I said "Nothing. Stop trying to scam me. Good-bye." And I hung up the phone.

Called me today.  I asked for a supervisor.  I could tell he changed the phone to his other ear and pretended to be the supervisor.  This the 3rd call this week.  Definate scam.

received numerous calls from this "technician"....I just tell him I have a Chromebook

Claimed to be James from Microsoft.  Very thick Indan accent. Hung up and blocked yet another number from these IDIOTS.

Same thing happened to me yesterday and again today, what the heck?!?
