I've received several calls from this number (caller ID says it's from Los Angeles, CA) most of the time it's a a recording saying they r the IRS the last time they called back I had a person on the line and I ask what company they are with and he said I am officer ?? With IRS, I said as in the Internal Revenue Service and he said yes and kept asking my name, I said u called me u should know my name so he called me by my name, so I ask for their main number and he kept saying ms if we don't clear this matter up u will be indicted, I said ok give me your main number and I'll call u back and he hung up on me, I tried calling back three times when I ask the same question again they hung up, the next time I called it said the number was temporarily unavailable so I called from another number and someone answered with same info. Apparently they have a blocker ? Or something if u call them to many times. Please be aware as this is a scam. They called the next day with the same monologue from a New York, NY 347-394-1623.
