Asked for an employee that no longer works for the company. Says they are from Dell. When I told him there wasn't anyone by that name with the company, he asked me if I was looking at the Corporate Directory which is a cue for me to hang up on him. Please, Corporate Directory? Wtf does he think I am looking at, writing on my hand? Doodles on my notepad? Geez.
