Called my cell. Says "Los Angeles, CA area." I didn't answer. No message left. I blocked it.

Received call, picked up and just listened for a response. No answer and hang up. Immediately tried to redial the number but came up with auto message stating that the person I am attempting to call is unavailable. Unavailable? They just tried to call me less than 10 seconds ago.

Any number that doesn't identify itself upon calling back or in this case doesn't even accept calls is a knucklehead scammer. Trying to hide their true identity as a criminal. Blocked

As of 01-14-2016, the caller ID is not "Los Angeles". It is listed as "Local". I live in Missouri. I'm pretty sure Los Angeles is not "local" to Missouri.
The call hung up in the middle of my phone's "greeting" message.
