Same here. Craigslist posting wanting name and address info. Beware..... I told him to call and even called the number but no response...

I also have a car for sale on Craigslist and he sends me a message saying that he will send a check in the mail from Bank of America and he will send someone to come pick my vehicle up. He asked me to send him my name address city zip code and a valid phone number and than he will proceed with the payment immediatly he says that I will surely get my cash before the shipping company comes to pick my vehicle up at my door step he than says if I am okay with this than to reply to him immediatly.... His so called name is Michael Davis... I called this Michael Davis back and told him on a voicemail that I don't accept checks I only accept cash I get cash in hand and the vehicle is his or he keeps his fake money and I keep my car, I also told him to stop texting me because I aint believeing his scams.....

He's texting me with the same story, only he is trying to buy my COW.

Text from this number answering an ad on Craigs List for a vehicle for sale in South Dakota.  Long ways from California!!
