I got a call from 213-291-9598.  They are calling my fax number, so I figured it is a bill collector for the person who had the number previously.

Who IS this?

Between Feb. 4 & Feb. 21, I have received 3 phone call from this number.  I have only heard the beginning of the
recording..."Congratulations, you have just won..." & that's where I have hung up.  If I receive another call & not
with a client, I will listen & update everyone w/the information.

they call me 2-3 times a day never leave a message  if i answer the call
disconnects...this is annoying...trying to track it down is like chasing
raindrops

They called me today- what the heck?
