Robocall regarding tax fraud charges against me. "Before this matter goes to federal claims courthouse or before you get arrested, call us. Hope to hear from you soon before the charges are pressed against you." Scam.

Received same message as others regarding tax fraud charges - even gave badge # for call back - 4165.  Why can't the US government close these people in LA California down?
