213-291-3221 number is calling my phone 5 or more times in 1 day. Received a call with a message that I needed to have my attorney call right away about an urgent matter. It was an automated message, said if I did not return the call right away that bad luck would be brought upon me.

This number has called 5 times in the last 3 days. Caller ID says Mercado R. I called them back today and asked to be removed from their list. He (foreign) said that is not possible. Well, it's possible I BLOCKED HIM!! HA.

Gives a case number. I called back said he was Brad Wilson. I asked why he had an Indian accent. He said I am from Afghanistan but my mom is American. He said he was calling from Constitution Avenue in D.C. When I told him I would call back the IRS in D. C., he responded with "then go [***] yourself," and hung up.
