This is a scam!!! Be forewarned. The IRS does not call on the telephone whether you are delinquent with taxes or not. And they do not send out summons for arrest. Don't be fooled and give out your personal info.

Caller said I was under federal investigation

6-13-16, at 2:53 p.m.; called by 'Ron Snyder'; message that a warrant for my arrest by the IRS has been issued against me!  &.."...call back TODAY!..."  SCAM !  My online search showed that number is in downtown Los Angeles, Peerless Network of Calif. LLC.  It's jarring to hear a message like that, then I realized that's NOT how the IRS works.  DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE !!!  Man's voice; Brooklyn accent.  It sounded phony & unlikely....so I'm hunting online.  Interesting.  Peerless has a lawsuit against Verizon--check it out, Folks, and don't be fooled!

says they'll throw me in prison
