What a joke! This is so fake....do not believe the BS this joker is shoveling. Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back. The IRS will not call you. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. This IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". They called and left message stating there's a lawsuit against me. Call them back for more information. Sounds like a SCAM to me!

No way of doing that.  Callers are hard core Indian and Pakistani scammer/extortionists who ignore all US laws.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Number (213-280-8298) called me saying "IRS is filing lawsuit, this is a final notice" all in a computerized voice. These people need to be prosecuted! I know I don't owe back taxes but what about people who might fall for this?!
