I got a phone call which was an automated voice mail saying that the IRS was filing a law suit against me. I called not realizing until later that the IRS doesn't call, but only through snail mail. I spoke to a women asking for my name, she got it and then hung up I called back then I got an Indian name asking for my name and for a case file too. I hung up this time guessing it was a scam. A question to anyone who's got this number or a call from the "IRS" can you tell me, was giving my name away a bad idea or can it be used against me?
