Caller ID shows Los Angeles CA and they say they are Anderson Williams Research which is a polling research firm. Sounds like spam to me!

called in 05/31/2017.
Caller ID gave full number 213-266-7190. No message left and unsolicited as far as can be determined.
Called it back and a message said Williams something. Very brief almost unintelligible recording.
More than likely as noted before, it was:Anderson Williams Research. But if they leave no message---it must be scam/unsolicited/. Sorry I did not get to my blocker quick enough.
