Could this be related to the UNKNOWN CALLER(?) I have been receiving 2-3 times/day for the last 1.5-2 months? It's time for the local Police Department to become involved! ! !

I just called this on an online phone number, and they said that they're a charity organization, they said that they are exempt from the national do not call list.
