I received the same phone call just a little while ago....the caller stated my name and said they were going to be out sometime tomorrow to serve me papers....Well come on and join the party! Send the papers so I can see what you are talking about! Better yet, I can't wait to get them because I know it's a scam.... I called the number back and the phone just rang!!  So go figure!!!!  SMH @ the STUPID people!!! I hung up on them and added them to my contacts so I can send their call right to voice mail whenever they do decide to call again!!!

A new spoofed number from a scammer.  If you call and hang up without leaving a message you will be blocked and never get through.  Change your number all you like.  LEAVE NO MESSAGE YOU ARE BLOCKED.

They are saying they have legal documents that they are sending to a person and your location. Then they ask if the number they are calling is that persons number number and when you tell them no they ask if you have their number

They just called me, unknown how they have my number. Asking for my sister, saying documentation was to be served. I asked to verify the address and they couldn't told me docs were already in the mail.
