These people are chasing my child (minor) for a debt they say she owes.  SHE'S A CHILD!  They are cowards hiding behind a phone line.  Is there any justice?

They called me at work! How did they get this number? They were very threatening but could not tell me what the "Serious Lawsuit" was about. The voice was heavily accented and sounded computerized. It was really weird. I told them not to call me at this number again as it is a business line and hung up on them when they could not verify any information. Then they called me right back and I sent them to voice-mail because I don't have time for their BS. They left me a threatening voice-mail.

Yes these people call with a heavily Arabic accent claiming they are with some investigating company represent fraud recovery...These people try to say that u took out a loan online for so many hundreds of dollars and that u are being sued when probly u have never even took out a loan online.  These people will bug and bug u calling your job, your family, or anyone that may have info on you.  These people threaten that if you don't pay the amount u gona gona be sued and u could be arrested..its BS!! At one point I really thought I took out a loan and just for got about it so I made payment arrangements to pay it every paycheck.  I ended up paying almost $800  and the calls stopped so I figured it was settled..then the next thing I know I'm getting calls again saying that another company is suing me for a loan I took our online and this time it was for $2200!! Honestly I think they are scam artist because when mentioned that they were from the same investigating company I asked if they knew the other guy who called the last time cuz they were from the same dept. he couldn't answer me and changed the subject!! So just be careful people..

This people are harnessing me and sending me E-MAIL THREATS!!!!!!!!

just got an email and call from him, i googled Mark Johnson to see if he's legit and found an attorney in CA with the same name, i called the # 213-260-9137 and a man with a heavy indian accent picked up, clearly not MARK JOHNSON.
