SCAM. Legal action is going to be taken against me for who knows what and I should contact Agent Judy Smith before I am arrested.  Funny, I think I would have been notified by the guys at work if there was something fraudulent in my background. Scare tactics by a bunch of thieves!

Left voice mail claiming to be Franchise Tax board representative. Said it was an important debt matter which could result in jail time and or lawsuit if I did not address expeditiously. Luckily, I've previously spoken with the tax board regarding a separate matter and so I was pretty sure that they didn't give courtesy or  demand calls. However they will send postal mail. Nevertheless, I decided to Google the number because scam artist love to call me and unfortunately I almost fell for it once before when they've called using a random pitch. So don't fall for it. TOTAL SCAM!!!
