person (Joel Collins) said he was from the police dept looking for money.  Asked him for his badge #. hestated, would not give it to me.  hung up. and call the number above.  Mr. Collins answer the phone and said he was looking for $.  I hung up.  Called the local police and told person jest of call, he said to look up for IRS phone scam.

Don't know the number. No messa left. 3 other spam calls ahead of this tells me it's scam too. Blocked

Spammer.  Folks, try returning the call on this one (enable #67 blocking or whatever).  I've been returning spam calls lately when there's no info on them yet in 800notes, to see if the # is disconnected or not, etc.. And now I see a pattern, I am getting the same guy answering the phone each time.  I recognize his voice, plus there is a forwarding noise made before he picks up.  Seems like it's the same guy out scouting phone #'s... Give him a piece of your mind...
