Same here - free cruise scam.
Best part is that a screen popped up during a call indicating my Apple ID is incorrect... and won't go away, doesn't allow me to hang up. (obviously didn't enter my apple id information)
I power down the phone, and magically my apple id appears to be fine. 25 millisecond search and it appears this is a new phishing scam via phone.

I'm going to tell the telemarketer that I'll buy his product and please send out a salesman to the door. Then when the salesman comes by I'm going to waste as much of his time as possible and get him all pissed off. If he starts something, I will finish it.

Most likely a spoof. I got a call from this number. When called back, first got busy signal, then recorded message that I reached "Verizon Wireless # that may've been disconnected or changed".
