Just received a call from that number I didn't pick up but when i called back it said the Verizon number wasn't in service

Called on my cell...I don't give that number out. The man said that because I was such a great customer they wanted to give me an award but would it be OK if they asked a few questions to be sure I qualified. When I said OK he made me repeat the response several times. I asked him why he was asking the questions but he didn't answer. Then he asked about a credit card and I hung up.

They've called me several times in the past 3 months. I'm on the DNC Registry, but they still call with their spam.

If they ask for a address to send a information packet to have them send the information.
little known under the do not call rules is a part where the company hiring these telemarketer is a provision that makes them responsible for the actions of the telemarketer. ie employee.

I missed the call. When I called back a recording said "Verizon Wireless the number you called has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service".
