These pricks keep calling me! It a robocaller spamming about a free cruise.

I received 76 calls from this number within a 1 hour time frame. It said I won a free cruise, LOL!! I had to change my phone number because even after requesting they stop calling me it continued. When I call the phone number from called ID it has been disconnected. Can I sue these idiots?? If so, who do I need to talk to?
