Received 215 calls on my cell phone (714 785-2716) from this number last night 213 257-5233
No messages were left on my cell (which was off - charging) but many other people report is as a scam sales call or hang up.

It's a hassle but I stopped answering unrecognized callers. Why do they get away with it when on Do Not Call list?

This caller is relentless -- I've received at least 3 calls from this number in a month -- on 7/2, 7/24, & 8/3/15, at all times of day -- Morning, late afternoon, & after hours (6:39 PM).  They never leave a message.  It's a Los Angeles area number.  Online reports say that it's from a vacation resort or a Verizon Wireless payment center (I don't have Verizon Wireless).  Some report they ask for personal info.  It's probably a scam to get your personal information and credit card number.

...also reported as a "free cruise" offer.
