missed call on my cell phone.  no message.

Reviewed a call at 10:35pm. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and no message left. Exactly 10 minutes later a call from Arizona no message same comments.

Received a call from this number, and from many others in recent months. I didn't answer, but it's seems appropriate agencies are not taking action. The only business I think could profit from this are identity theft services. I've been getting several emails recently from MyLife saying identity risk is high -- and then you find out that for a hefty fee they'll mitigate exposure. It's possible these types of businesses are behind this since I can't think who else would profit from these spam calls.

Got a hang-up call on my cell phone. Called back and got a recording that the number has changed or is no longer in service.
