Spammers, Scam, bill collectors

I just received a call on my cell at 1:37 from 213-257-5233 (LA area). Did not pick up cuz I did not recognize the number. Called it back from my office landline and it said "Welcome to verizon wireless. The number you called has been switched blah, blah blah..." I hung up. This is the third phone call I received from bogus numbers it the past 2 weeks. Here are the other two = 983-373-3633 & 733-643-9833. I don't pick up calls I don't recognize.

Just got a call from the same number, when I answered the line merely disconnected.  I called it back and got the same message e.g. "welcome to verizion wireless the number you have reached has been changed...disconnected."  However, I suggest not blocking it because you may have limits on the number of numbers you can block and you may want to save it for far worse-type calls.  I would just do what you said at the end, see it again or don't recognize it don't pick it up. I keep a log of those numbers.

I already know it is spam. It's ok I just add it to my phone call block list. At least I know why call block list works hahaha that losers...
