I received a call, didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. I googled it and found out it was Bank of America. As a valued BofA customer, they reward you with unsolicited calls of all kinds all the time. I asked them to stop calling, said I was monitoring that call, so I'd have evidence and sue for harassment.
They call you anytime, don't give a damn, if you work at night, and sleep in the day. They should get sued by their customers. Class actions are VERY EFFECTIVE. C'mon people, this is America: United we stand against Bank of America!
Whenever a telemarketer calls and I happen to answer, I speak a foreign language over the phone. They keep talking, and after a minute of that non-sense, they say "do you speak English?". I keep talking a foreign language. Gibberish works just as fine ;)

Same here, I didn't answer it but I'm guessing it's the BofA selling insurance.  They left a 1 sec blank voicemail, a good sign it's a robot.

(213) 256-0047 = BofA Telemarketer.

Never leaves a message.  Confirmed it by calling the number back, that's who they say they are anyway.

Btw, if you think you can stop these calls by going to BofA's website and filling out the privacy request form, you're wrong.  I've already done that.  They say to wait a month for all calls to stop.  And for the most part they did stop.  But after that, they have resumed.

How could this be?  In the terms, it says they reserve the right to change the terms at any time.  In other words, they can start calling again anytime they bloody feel like it.

Btw, in order to complete the privacy form, you have to answer some marketing questions.  Win-win for BofA.

When you call the number back, it says to press 2 to put your name on a do-not-call list.  I call BS.  My advice is not to play their game - don't talk to any rep to confirm ANY info, don't fill out the privacy request form online.  Unfortunately, the best thing you can do is just ignore these calls...
