Another CTEL number.  Claim that they are AT&T reps, but its a scam to get you to pay higher rates.  Not much you can do except hang up on them.  They are telephone terrorist who will sometimes call nine times in a day.  I have filed a complaint will the FCC, need more people to do so.

I got several calls from this number every week 213-232-2313. It's very annoying. Anyone that knows which person or company that this number belongs to, please post on this website to stop this annoying calls. Thank you.
