Got a call 5 minutes ago stating that he found my lost credit card. When I asked the dude who he was, he told me I was harrassing him and hung up on me.

I did some research and it is a "magic jack" number .
(Type of Phone: Land Line Carrier: Ymax Communications Corporation - Ca)
So it is some @$#!!! sitting at his computer with a Magic jack plugged in, and forget about tracking him, he could be anywhere, even if his number shows as LA. My suggestion? block the number.
