This number calls and when I answer the phone, no one is there. I think it's a robo-call and they don't pick up fast enough when I answer.

Received a call from this phone number a couple hours later. Location United Kingdom +44 13235106137. Either they gave up there location in the U.K. Or they where trying to spoof a number 13235106137. These people are not to bright eventually they will get caught if the FBI actually try's to stop these crimes. I don't have a college a education and even I can tell these people can be caught and prosecuted.
