This number kept showing up.  I finally answered it and it was a lady that spoke very broken English trying to solicit services for Lancope, which is a legitimate company.  Unfortunately, I could barely understand a word she was saying.  It may behoove their marketing plan to have English speaking people contact potential English clients.

OK, I saw this page http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/250/RipOff0250479.htm that mentioned the phone number 213-221-1409 in connection with a con job.

So, I called the number, and when I called, it "auto disconnected" and went to dial tone.  

Veeery suspicious...
