I have been receiving calls from this number several times per day for the last 5 months. They don't leave a message on my machine and I get a recorded offer of carpet cleaning services when I do answer. I finally had enough today when I was frantically trying to finish a project for work. I called my local police department and got them to take an incident report although they said there was nothing they can do. With the incident report, I called my local phone company's annoyance call number and got them to put a trap on my phone. The phone company won't do this without a police report number. The trap will record the source of all incoming phone calls for 15 days. I will record when the annoying calls come in and report them back to the phone company. They will take action, I suppose file charges, against the source owner of the phone line. I also located their phone service provider and complained to that company by email. They responded and said they would take action against the source.

3 calls. No message left. They called my cell phone the number to which I rarely give out.

I also got a call from this number. It was a recording from a carpet cleaning company.

Got the recording about carpet cleaning and hit "1". Someone saying "Allison Carpet Cleaning" answered the phone.  When I asked why they were calling me because I am on the Do Not Call List, they hung up.  I am getting calls like this all the time now--for financial stuff, crafto matic chairs, etc.  This is out of control.

I received a call from 213-221-1021.  Only know the number because it showed up as "Out of Area" with the exact telephone number foloowing.
I called the number 10x in a row.  It doesn't connect back to them.  I am registedred as DO Not Call nationally, so if I receive another call I report them to the proper authorities.
