Left a message telling me there is legal matter against my name and ssn. If I don't call back I will be arrested.

Called me at my work telling me there is legal matter against my name and ssn. If I don't call back I will be arrested.

This company called me on yesterday and today stating that I owe Quick Cash Net and that I need to get a lawyer because they are going to send me to court. They even told me that I had a pay day loan that went to an bank account that is not even open anymore.  So I am a little bit confused and trying to see what the heck they are talking about.  The told me that I need to fax in my debit card information along with my DL and saying that I am authorization them to use my debit card to process a one time settlement fee of $880.  Can someone tell me what I need to do.... PLEASE!

I got a call from the same number.  The lady had such a thick foreign accent I could not understand her very well.  She stated this was a law firm of some sort and that I owe them money.  She also stated this was a time sensitive matter and if I did not call them back, good luck to me.  I have tried to call them back numerous times and it says the extension is unavailable and cannot handle anymore voice mail messages.  Not sure what the deal is?  I think it is a scam, but not 100 percent sure.

This is definitily a scam...they got me in January just remember do not give them any information.  They are trying again with me i have changed my phone number and advised people at work as well.  They told me if i did not call them back by the end of the day that the lawyers would come and get me and take me to jail. The joke about that is we do not have a debtors prison here in the US
