Calling my cell phone unsolictied

Didnt answer and left no message. No answer when calling back.

I received a call from the same number, only I answered it and the person on the other line was non-American speaking informing me they were going to lower my credit card interest rate. I asked what card they were talking about and they said my visa or master card. I said who is the account holder of my card that they were talking about and they assured me they had all of my information right in front of them. Really? So I said then tell my name then. They hung up. Imagine that. THIS IS SOME SORT OF SCAM BEWARE!!!

I did research and as far as I know I am the only one who has reported this number....

I answered and received an automated message stating that there were no issues with my current card (which card?) and they wanted to know if I wanted information on lowering my credit rate. It asked me to hit "9" for more information. I did not. Filed a complaint to the FCC.
