I got a call from this number on my cell phone.  It was a recorded message from Rachel of cardholder services.  "Hello, this is Rachel from cardholder services.."  I will always hang up on Rachel and I hope she goes to jail.

I think its weird they only have 9 digit number calling me too.

Just got a call from them and didn't pick it up. No voicemail left.

I received the same call, they identify themselves as "Card Services" and claim they can lower your interest rate.  They tried to get my expiration date of one of my credit cards to "verify" my account???  I told him I didn't have it on me and to call back tomorrow.  He said this is a limited time offer and he could call back in a couple hours. This is totally a SCAM !
