Just got a call from this number and let it go to voicemail they called right back I answered and no one said anything

they said they could lower my interest rate to 6 % but needed to give them my card number..i refused they hung up. Tried calleing them abck line is busy.

I answered; A heavily accented man mentioned stated that I had a high CC balance.
I asked who he worked for and how he found my phone #, but he proceeded to disconnect the call. The line was busy when I called back.
Smells like a scammer...
