Caller left no message only stated "Hello"

these guys have been calling us for months now. Never leave a name, I called the number back and the guy on the phone wouldn't give me any company name, just "financial services" and refused to offer me a mailing address.

Pretty sure these are penny stock scam guys.

Alex Setura ? or something similar just called our office to speak to my husband - left a message, and said it is not about a case (we are a law firm).  I called him back and offered to help as the office manager (and his wife), he would not tell me what this was about.  Insisted on speaking to my husband, saying that it was a personal business matter and insinuated that he would just call my husband on his cell phone - insinuating that he knows my husband - which he does not!  I asked if this was a sales call, and he said "definitely no".  I do not believe him, and it really annoys me how these people try to trick you into taking their call or to believing that it is a legitimate business contact.  The "do not call list" does not apply to business, so these predators call the business number instead!
