Criminal Fraud / Scammer call. Caller ID is "Clarion Partner", a phony business that does not exist. Do not answer this number. Called my office this morning at 11:23. Hung up after 4 rings and did not leave a message. There is no record of any business with this name and this phone number in New York City.

This call was followed less than a minute after a call from another NYC area number, 718-503-3036, with the caller ID "G W Financial", another fake non-existent business. I think the two calls are related, hoping that if you don't answer the first call, you will let your guard down and answer the next one.

Never answer a call from a number you do not recognize. If it is a legitimate business, they will leave a message from a real person, not a recording, so that you can call back.

Criminal Fraud / Scammer call. This number has called several times since my original post here on January 20. It always calls at around the same time between 11:20 and 11:30 so clearly my number is in an automated rotation.

Caller ID is "Clarion Partner", a phony business that does not exist. Do not answer this number. Called my office this morning at 11:22. Hung up after 4 rings and did not leave a message. There is no record of any business with this name and this phone number in New York City.
